1 on 1 Altar Sessions

Welcome to the 1 on 1 Sessions.  My name is Danielle and I am your personal guide.  My background includes 15 years behind the chair as a Hairstylist aka Therapist, and I am now an Herbalist and Flower Remedy Practitioner.  In short, I was tired of changing how others saw themselves, not how they truly feel about themselves.  I wanted to help in both ways, which led me to doing tarot readings and therapy sessions behind the chair and right into herbalism.  

My expertise lies in these areas, if you feel kinship, I would love to work with you. 

This is what we work on in my 1 on 1 Sessions, and as my own rule, I don't prescribe herbs until I've worked with you at length because I know that it is hardly ever only a physical imbalance:

*eldest daughter psychology

*self-worth issues that create physical discomfort and blockages

*money issues that come from the inability to say no, taking too much responsibility for others, creating boundaries, and realizing your income is not a worth dictator

*self-regulation techniques that have nothing to do with catharsis and more insights

*postpartum imbalances

*menstrual energetics and imbalances

*digestive issues that aren't just physical 

*holding boundaries that emit your worth

*plant intelligence as an interface to the psyche, subconscious, dream healing and emotional balancing 

*identity loss and atrophy from people pleasing and being the eldest daughter 

*uncovering your gifts but not in a cheesy way, in an aligned, graceful, slightly ethereal and alchemic way

*the deep gnowing (Yes that's spelled right) that you are and always have been the Altar and not the sacrifice. 

*breaking the cycle of doing too much, being broke because you are trying to buy the love you need, overextending yourself instead of tending to yourself and autoimmune imbalances and dis-ease because you don't have boundaries for yourself.  

This simply scratches the surface.  In my work, we go deep, we go to the depths, the basement, we give your shadow some tea in her own teacup we found her at the antique store, we swim in the creek when we are worried about getting our hair wet and we learn to treat ourselves as we would treat a beautiful, rare, intelligent, ethereal rare bloom in the forest.  

I am the one people come to when they need advice that doesn't scream *generic insights* and instead leaves you with a treasure trove of delightful gems that create self-love so deep that you have no choice but to believe it.  

You are worried about the why.  I am looking for the pattern behind it.  Whis is why the "why" doesn't matter at all.  It's the architecture causing the blueprint to be built without your awareness.
